KudoTapper Built Safe For K-12

Classroom Kudos, One Tap Away

KudoTapper is a white-label classroom token economy. Teachers award points for good behavior and great work; students tap an NFC card to spend them at the school store. No student logins. No real money. Minimal data by design.

Everything A School Store Needs

Award In A Tap

Teachers give kudos for good work — one student or a whole homeroom — bounded by district-set limits.

Spend With A Card

Students tap an NFC card or fob at the store kiosk. No logins, no passwords, no personal data.

Redeem For Rewards

A configurable school store, priced in your own currency — Bulldog Bucks, Beans, whatever fits.

District To Classroom

One platform from the district office down to the classroom, with per-school branding and policy.

Safe With Kids' Data

First name and last initial only. No email, no birthdate, no address. No third-party tracking. Ever.

Meet Tally, Your AI Helper

A staff-only assistant answers questions and drafts awards — always confirmed by the teacher first.

How It Works

1

Teacher Awards

Pick a student or homeroom, choose an amount and a reason, confirm. Every point is logged.

2

Student Taps

At the store kiosk the student taps their card to see a balance or check out — attended by staff.

3

Everyone Sees Progress

Schools and districts get clean dashboards of points earned, spent, and what's driving them.

Meet Tally

Every Teacher Gets A Hand

Tally is the staff-only AI helper built into KudoTapper. Ask how anything works, or just say “give 3B five points for the fire drill” and Tally drafts the award for you to confirm. She works within your district's limits — and never talks to students.

  • Answers questions about awarding, the store, cards, and reasons
  • Turns plain English into an award you confirm — never on her own
  • Staff-only and never student-facing, by design

Data Minimization Is The Default

KudoTapper stores a student's first name and last initial — nothing more. No email, birthdate, address, or contact information. Students never log in; they simply tap a card. We run no third-party analytics on student data, and every school's records stay isolated from every other. Safety isn't a setting here — it's the architecture.
